Cheatham County Chamber announces the return of the county rodeo this May

The Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the upcoming Cheatham County Rodeo, taking place on Friday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 23rd, 2026. The event will be held at the Cheatham County Fairgrounds, located at 870 Fairgrounds Rd, Ashland City, Tenn., 37015.

This year’s rodeo is produced in partnership with Rafter M Rodeo and our title sponsors Legends Bank and Ridge Creek Farms. Gates will open at 6:00 PM both nights, allowing families and fans to enjoy the pre-show festivities. And this year there will be two nights of mutton bustin’ for the little cowboys/cowgirls.

“We are thrilled to bring the community together for two nights of Western tradition and family fun,” said Gianni Scramuzza, Treasurer of the Cheatham County Chamber. “It’s about more than just the sport; it’s about bringing neighbors together to celebrate our local heritage and enjoy a night of action-packed fun.”

The Food Corral: A wide array of local flavors and classic concessions.
The Marketplace: Featuring local vendors, apparel, Longhorn steer photo opp, petting zoo, and handmade goods.
Long Horn Experience: Featuring 9 competitions with winners receiving official
Cheatham County Rodeo buckles thanks to Ridge Creek Farms.

Tickets & Admission

Tickets are available at the gate or can be purchased in advance through the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce website.

Adults (Ages 12+): $20
Children (Ages 4–11): $10
Ages 3 & Under: FREE
