Harpeth defeats Cheatham to keep Daniel Greer Memorial Axe

The Harpeth High School (HHS) Indians shut out the Cheatham County Central High School Cubs at home on Aug. 30, bagging a 28-0 victory to keep the Daniel Greer Memorial Axe at HHS another year. 

The axe is in honor of Daniel Greer who was a 2003 graduate of HHS. He was loved by both Cheatham and Harpeth as he served on the fire department in Ashland City and Pegram.
