The Kingston Springs Gazette is proud to present our third annual “Made in South Cheatham Holiday Guide.” This year, we’re excited to announce that this guide has been printed and placed in local shops all around south Cheatham County!

Shop all of the local favorites ahead of this holiday season, just in time for Small Business Saturday on Nov. 29 and Giving Tuesday on Dec. 2. From handmade decorations to state of the art food and everything in between, this year’s “Made in South Cheatham Holiday Guide” points you to the best gifts for your loved ones (or yourself!) made in the heart of the Harpeth.

Jollifrogs – Jollifrogs in downtown Kingston Springs is prepped and ready to help you find the perfect holiday gift for anyone in your life – from grandbabies to grandpas! Owned by mother-daughter duo Karen Kloess and Rachel Taslimi, the boutique is excited for its first holiday season on Main Street. Jollifrogs is a woman-owned collective, featuring five additional businesses: Grounded Roots, Dear Delaney Boutique, Fred & Mary’s, Gypsy Soul Stoneware and Million’s Menagerie.

Ewe & Company – Stop in Ewe & Company Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the knitting lovers on your holiday shopping list. They carry fiberlicious yarns and accessories, principally focusing on indie-dyers and handpaints, always keeping their eyes open for the unusual.

The Ark; Noah’s Closet – During this holiday season, give back to the South Cheatham community through our local nonprofit organizations. The Ark is currently accepting angel tree donations to help our families stay afloat this holiday season, and they are always accepting donations to their food pantry as well as looking for volunteers.

Additionally, you can also shop second-hand at Noah’s Closet to help fund the food pantry this holiday season. They have Christmas decorations, clothes and so much more.

Friends of Harpeth River State Park – FHRSP is a local nonprofit friends group dedicated to preserving, protecting and enhancing our Harpeth River State Park. This Giving Tuesday, give back to Tennessee's most visited state park, the heart of the South Cheatham community: the Harpeth. Donate or volunteer your time this holiday season.

West Glow Farm – Kingston Springs’ West Glow Farm has launched a Community Fund as a way to provide local, fresh organic produce to families in need. The nonprofit’s unique goal is to partner with local schools to bring the farm to their communities. You can donate to the West Glow Farm Community Fund here

Saving Cheatham Animals Mission Pawsible (SCAMP)/Cheatham County Animal Control – Of course, we can’t forget about the animals this holiday season. If you’re looking to give a dog or cat this season, look no further than our local no-kill shelter. The nonprofit’s annual calendars for 2026 just dropped. The $25 goes right back to the shelter and features Cheatham County’s cutest furry friends. Just interested in giving back to the community? Consider volunteering and filling the shelter’s current more pressing need: dog-walking. They are open to volunteers daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On holidays, volunteers can walk dogs from 10 a.m. to noon.
