Those who live within driving distance of Ashland City, Tennessee are in for a real treat on July 10 if you join the Cheatham County Historical and Genealogical Association’s (CCHGA) program meeting presented by J. Mark Lowe.
Lowe, a professional genealogist, author, lecturer and educator who specializes in original records and manuscripts throughout the South, will help us discover a few surprises with some new tools and old tested records.
Lowe coordinates “Research in the South” courses at IGHR, SLIG, and TIGR, hosts a YouTube Channel, does webinars for Legacy Family Tree Webinars and has worked on several genealogical television series including "Follow Your Past," "African American Lives 2," "Who Do You Think You Are?" and "UnXplained Events," as well as podcasts, including "Twice Removed" and "Blast From My Past."
