SKYKING Pizza launches ‘picnic’ space for community dining, events

A favorite Main Street destination is getting even better. As SKYKING Pizza marks its 12th anniversary this summer, the popular local eatery is expanding in a way that brings more food, fun and community connection to Kingston Springs.

Behind the restaurant, SKYKING is opening a new outdoor space called SKYKING Picnic. Designed for relaxed gatherings and community events, Picnic will be available as a rental space during business hours, while also hosting public events like outdoor bingo and themed nights under the stars.

Open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays for the summer, SKYKING Picnic will offer full dinner service alongside a special cocktail, beer, and wine menu – featuring three local beers, two wines, and house classics including margaritas, Moscow mules, old fashioneds and negronis.

And the SKYKING spirit is spreading beyond Tennessee, too. Owner Amy Davis-Bruce is also opening a second location in her hometown of Lamar, Arkansas. The new restaurant – SKYKING at Minnow Creek – will bring the same artisan approach and community charm to a new part of the map.

From Main Street to Minnow Creek, SKYKING is serving up more reasons to celebrate.
